# Invoices

> One invoice every Friday: creator pay plus our fees.

For brands on Affilo.

1. Every Friday we invoice what your creators earned that week, net of refunds.
2. Our fee is a share of the sales credited to creators, on its own line: 2% on Free, 1.5% on Growth or as a founding brand, 1.25% on Scale. It is the same whatever rate you set.
3. Retainers, bonuses and other pay that is not a sale carry 10% of what you pay. Any agency’s rate has its own line and carries no fee.
4. UK brands pay VAT at 20% on our fees and plan, never on commission. Outside the UK, no VAT is charged and the invoice carries the reverse-charge note.
5. Add your VAT number in Settings, Plan and billing, and every invoice page and PDF prints it.
6. If we refund part of a fee after you’ve paid, the VAT on that part comes back too, in proportion, and the invoice shows both.
7. When it’s paid, creators are paid the same day.
