# Meta won’t connect

> What Meta needs from you, checked against your own connection.

For brands on Affilo.

1. Connect with the Facebook account that runs your ads. It needs to be an admin of your Business and the ad account.
2. On Meta’s screen, leave every permission ticked. Without them Affilo can’t run partnership ads or read their results.
3. Pick the ad account the ads run from. Spend goes on your own card with Meta, never through us.
4. Link your Instagram professional account to your Facebook Page, so the ads can run as you and the creator together.
5. Meta asks for a fresh yes every so often. We email you before it runs out.
