# Sales not showing?

> Four checks on your own account: the store, the pixel, the orders and the ads.

For brands on Affilo.

1. A sale is credited when it comes through a creator’s link, their code or their ad. Anything else is your own sale.
2. Check your store is connected in Settings, Connections. Without it we can’t see orders at all.
3. Check the pixel counts taps on creators’ links. The snippet sits before the closing head tag of your theme.
4. Check every creator ad carries its code at the end of the link and the ad name. Ads without it can’t be credited.
5. Orders can take a minute to arrive, and we check every order again each night, so a missed one is picked up.
