What does it cost?

Nothing until something sells. Then the commission you set, plus our fee of 15–25% of it. Boosting a post as an ad adds 1.25% of the spend. Plans from £199 a month take points off the fee.

How is a sale credited?

Last click within 7 days, or the creator’s personal code within 30. Our own Shopify pixel writes the creator onto the order, so nothing is lost between the post and the till.

Do creators need a big following?

No. Reels reach people who don’t follow the creator yet, and creators can also make videos for your ads. Pay goes to what sells, not to follower counts.

Can I run creator posts as ads?

Yes. One click runs a creator’s post as a partnership ad from your own Meta account. The creator earns their boosted rate on every sale it brings.

Who decides who joins?

You do. Leave a product open to everyone, or approve each creator. Every creator is checked by a person before they can join.

When do I pay?

Every Friday we invoice the week’s commission and our fee. Once it’s paid, every creator is paid the same day.
