What you earn is yours.
In writing, every time.
Three promises, written into your contract with us. Stripe holds the money, so your pay never sits with Affilo.
Three promises in your contract
They are section 9 of the creator terms, so they bind us the way your rate does.
What you earn is paid.
Commission on an order credited to you is paid every time, unless the order is refunded or we show it was fraud. Closing your account doesn’t change that, and nor does a brand leaving.
Every hold names its rule.
If we ever hold a payment or close an account, we tell you which term it rests on and what we found. Reply to appeal: a person who wasn’t part of it answers within 5 working days.
Paid the day the brand pays.
When a brand’s payment for your sales reaches Stripe, your share is sent that day, straight from it. A brand that pays late still owes you in full, and its products pause until it does.
From the brand, through Stripe, to you
Affilo works out what each sale earns and tells Stripe to pay it. Nobody is paid out of money Affilo holds.
- Brand
The brand pays Stripe
Each week the brand is charged for the sales you brought in. The payment goes to Stripe, a regulated payment provider, never to an account of ours.
Charged weekly - Stripe
Your share goes from that payment
Your cut is sent to your own Stripe account, tied to the brand’s payment, so it moves the moment that money clears. Stripe then pays your bank.
To your Stripe account - Instant
Or to your card in minutes
With instant pay on, a sale reaches your debit card within minutes of the brand’s payment clearing. 20% follows from the same payment once returns close.
Instant pay - Affilo
We keep only our fee
We work out what you’re owed and tell Stripe to pay it. The brand pays our fee on top; you pay nothing, and a refund goes back to the brand through Stripe too.
Fees you pay: none
Your posts pay from the first sale.
